McDonald’s East Belfast

Lynx Construction Group has recently completed their first McDonald’s restaurant in Belfast, Northern Ireland.  Lynx completed the works as principal contractor on an existing Tesco site in East Belfast.  This was the first double storey McDonald’s restaurant in Northern Ireland and this project was delivered on time, to programme and to an exceptionally high standard.  The works involved bringing new services to the site, a complete ground works package which included installation of all drainage and services for the restaurant.  It also included reconfiguration of the Tesco’s car park whilst keeping disruptions to their car park to a minimum.  We worked with and alongside Elliott’s who provided the modular unit and fitout - a big thanks to them and their team for a successful and safely delivered project.
